Live Virtual Primavera P6 Training Classes
Course Structure and Overview
Classes are web-based, live, interactive, and taught by Certified Specialized Oracle University Instructors. Each student is provided a “virtual workstation”, enabling them to experience “hands-on” training workshops without installing software on their own computers. The training courses include P6 Training E-kits from Oracle University and a Certificate of Completion from Oracle University.

Primavera P6 Professional Fundamentals (client)
This course content is appropriate for students seeking training for Release 6, Release 6.2, Release 7 & Release 8.
This course provides hands-on training for Primavera’s client/server-based solution, leading participants through the entire project life cycle, from planning to execution. Students will create a project, build a work break down structure, add activities, create relationships, assign resources, analyze schedule dates and resource allocation, execute the project plan, and create reports.
Primavera P6 Professional Advanced (client)
This course provides in-depth resource management and project management training in Primavera P6 Professional client/server based solution. Resource management topics include manual allocation, bucket planning, and leveling. Project management topics include earned value analysis, advanced scheduling, and timescaled logic diagrams.
Primavera P6 Fundamentals R8.3 (Web)
Participants will explore the fundamentals of project management in P6 Web. Students will create a project, build a work breakdown structure, add activities, create relationships, assign and analyze resources, analyze schedule dates and cost, and explore the project workspace and dashboards.
Primavera P6 Advanced (web)
This advanced course provides hands-on training on advanced resource management and project management in P6 Rel 8.2, Primavera’s Web-based project management application.
Topics include creating resource teams and role teams; high-level resource planning; resource leveling; viewing and analyzing portfolio performance; assessing return on investment; capacity planning and waterline analysis; and earned value analysis.
Case studies reinforce new skills and functionality.
